A Very Harry Potter Blog Post

If you weren't already aware that this weekend on ABC Family was Harry Potter weekend, you've now been informed.  I bring this up today because of a few reasons: 1) I totes forgot until I started going through Pinterest and saw some Potter related pins that reminded me that I was going to watch this weekend. 2) Today's prompt for #BlogEveryDayInJuly challenge is to share my day in pictures, but I don't actually have an operational camera currently 2.1) My day has been really boring thus far and it's not going to get much better because of the mound of homework I have to do. 3) Pinterest is fun. 4) Because of said amount of homework I'm not going to be able to watch the marathon on ABC because I can't watch Potter and do anything productive at the same time.

So, here are some of my favorite Harry Potter themed pins from Pinterest! You can see the pins on Pinterest if you click on the photo that should take you to my Pinterest boards.

In high school I was in a production of Beauty and the Beast, and I don't know how many times I've sang this song and I've never thought about the Harry Potter reference.  It took me over four years to get there and it was all because of the internet!

I don't know how many times I've seen this around the internet but I still love it every time I find it again.  I still laugh at Oliver's response.

This isn't really a favorite because it's just so sad but I included this one because I never really considered this before.  I mean, sure it would tough for one twin to live without the other, but I couldn't imagine what it would be like to see yourself in the mirror and think of them.

According to this, I am Luna (INFP).  Which, at first I wasn't too sure about it but the synopsis is pretty dead on.  Who are you?

Dumbledore has some of the best quotes, ever.

I think my favorite out of all that's on this one is HowlerApp.  If Harry has an iPhonus then Ron does too and so would Hermione; just think of the Howlers Hermione could send to the boys...

I think Snape needs some cuddles.

Can someone compile a book of Dumbledore's quotes?  I could definitely use some Albus Dumbledore inspiration every day.

But really, what's the logic here?  It annoys the crap out of me sometimes when I remember it's an eagle instead of a raven.

I love Chef R, most of the time anyway, and I couldn't resist using this one.

I hope you've enjoyed your Harry Potter ABC weekend, or just a normal weekend if you forgot like me.

  1. aw, I wish a) I had cable and b) I had known! I was all by myself this weekend HP would have been preferable to watch instead of marathon-ing Kitchen Nightmares on Netflix. oh yeah, i love chef ramsay too... His cookbooks always have tons of pictures, which is a plus. I make his chinese dumplings from "World Kitchen" allll the time, at least once a month.
